Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how the Better with Claude bundle is delivered after purchase. Because the Product is fully digital, there is no physical shipping, no courier, and no shipping cost.
1. Digital delivery only
Better with Claude is a 100% digital product. We do not ship any physical goods. After your payment is successfully processed by Razorpay, you will receive the bundle via email.
2. Delivery timeline
Most orders are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and the vast majority within 1–2 hours during Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST).
Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on Indian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. What you will receive
Your delivery email will include:
• A download link to the full Better with Claude bundle (approximately 2,000 skill files)
• A copy of the 30-page usage guide
• A copy of your Razorpay payment receipt
• Instructions on how to upload skills to Claude.ai, Claude Code, or Claude Cowork
• Our support contact details
4. Delivery method
The delivery email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please ensure you enter a working email address — typos in your email are the single most common cause of delivery delays. Razorpay also sends you a payment receipt to the same email, which you can use to verify the address.
5. If you don't receive your bundle
If you have not received the bundle within 24 hours of payment confirmation:
Step 1. Check your spam, promotions, and updates folders. Add betterwithclaude@gmail.com to your contacts to prevent future emails from being filtered.
Step 2. Check that the email address shown on your Razorpay payment receipt is correct.
Step 3. If you still haven't received the bundle, email us at betterwithclaude@gmail.com with your Razorpay Order ID (it begins with order_) and we will re-send the delivery email within 1 business day.
6. Wrong email address
If you provided an incorrect email address at checkout, contact us immediately at betterwithclaude@gmail.com with your Razorpay Order ID and the correct email. We will re-send the bundle to the corrected address at no charge.
7. Re-downloads
The download link in your delivery email remains valid indefinitely. If the link expires, breaks, or you simply lose the email, contact us with your Razorpay Order ID and we will issue a fresh link.
8. Updates to the bundle
Your purchase includes lifetime updates to the bundle. When we publish a meaningful update (e.g., new skill files, fixes, or improvements to existing skills), we will email all past customers with a fresh download link to the updated bundle, at no additional charge.
9. No shipping charges
Because there is no physical delivery, there are no shipping or handling charges. The price you see at checkout (₹499) is the only charge — there are no hidden fees, customs duties, or surcharges.
10. International customers
We deliver to email addresses worldwide. There is no geographic restriction on delivery. Local laws in your country of residence apply to your use of the Product.
