Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Better with Claude website (the "Site") and your purchase and use of the Better with Claude digital bundle (the "Product"). "Better with Claude", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of this Site. By accessing the Site or purchasing the Product, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Product.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase the Product. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Product description

The Product is a digital bundle consisting of approximately 2,000 skill files (markdown / text format) designed to be uploaded to and used with Anthropic's Claude AI products (including but not limited to Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork). The Product also includes a 30-page usage guide.

Independence from Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. Better with Claude is an independent product; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Anthropic. The Product's compatibility with Claude depends on Anthropic's software, which may change without notice.

3. License grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use, modify, and adapt the Product for your personal use and for the internal business operations of a single organization for which you are an authorized representative.

4. License restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or share the Product (in whole or in substantial part) with any third party
• Republish the Product on any public website, marketplace, or repository
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Product
• Use the Product to develop a competing product that materially copies the structure, organization, or expression of our skill library
• Use the Product for any illegal purpose, including infringing intellectual property, defaming any person, or violating any applicable law

5. Pricing and payment

The Product is offered at the price displayed on the Site at the time of purchase (currently ₹499 INR). All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (including GST). Payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and digital wallets supported by Razorpay.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

6. Delivery

The Product is delivered electronically. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for the full delivery timeline and process.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to that policy.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Product (including the skill files, the usage guide, the Site's design, copy, and code) are owned by Better with Claude or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property to you, except for the limited license granted in Section 3.

9. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or the Product to violate any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or any other Customer's account
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Site
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site in a way that imposes unreasonable load
• Submit fraudulent payment information or initiate fraudulent chargebacks

10. Disclaimers

The Product and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the Product will be compatible with all versions of Claude or with any specific use case. The Product's output depends on Claude's AI behavior, which is probabilistic and may produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it for any consequential decision.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Product (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product (i.e., a maximum of ₹499). We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Better with Claude and its operators from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Product, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession. Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Your city — replace before going live, e.g., Bengaluru, Karnataka, India]. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating any legal action.

15. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures (including Anthropic, Razorpay, Vercel, or Resend).

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
